Echo Lake is a 55 acre lake located in Lincoln County. It has a maximum depth of 10 feet. The Town of Russell Parks Committee is fundraising for the construction of a community pavilion at Rice Park. We are planning to fundraise through February 2027, with installation of the pavilion planned for spring and summer of 2027. How can I donate?
